Diwali Celebrations

Gen. (Retd.) S.F. Rodrigues PVSM, Administrator U.T. Chandigarh and Governor Punjab visited the Institute alongwith the other Officers of Chandigarh Administration on the occasion of Diwali 2009 accompanied by Mrs. Jean Rodrigues and distributed gifts to the children.
